From the conference programme: There is a controversial discussion on the impacts of the special commission on "Growth, Prosperity and Quality of Life" of the last German parliament. On the one hand, it brought growth critique up to Germany's high political level, on the other hand, very few results were discussed publicly and the debate has not sufficiently advanced on the political level since then. On this panel, the results and impacts of the commission are evaluated and discussed among commission members. Moreover, options for continuing the debate are being sought.
