Zusammenfassung: Das Working Paper gibt einen ersten deskriptiven Überblick über die Ergebnisse der Befragung der Teilnehmenden der Degrowth-Konferenz im September 2014 in Leipzig. Es gibt Auskunft über die Zusammensetzung der 814 Befragten u.a. nach Alter, Bildung und Geschlecht, ihr politisches und gesellschaftliches Engagement sowie einen Einblick in ihre Alltagspraktiken – von Mobilität und Kommunikation über Wohnen bis hin zu Ernährungsweisen.

Abstract: This Working Paper offers a first descriptive overview of some results of the survey conducted among participants of the 4th International Conference on Degrowth in Leipzig in September 2014. It summarizes information on the composition of the sample (n=814) according to criteria such as age, gender and educational background, on the forms of political and social activism pursued by the respondents and on their everyday practices, from mobility and communication to living arrangements and types of diet.
